Le microbiote intestinal, bien connu, en est rempli. Mais si certaines bact\u00e9ries se retrouvent l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elles ne devraient pas et \u00e9chappent au syst\u00e8me immunitaire, elles peuvent causer des maladies\u00a0allant d\u2019une simple infection urinaire \u00e0 des cas graves comme une m\u00e9ningite.\u00a0<strong>Le<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>m\u00e9ningocoque<\/strong>, notamment, peut quitter la gorge o\u00f9 il est inoffensif et entrer dans la circulation sanguine. Ce qui change tout\u00a0?
